To deliver communications we process call and message metadata — phone numbers, timestamps, duration, direction, and delivery status. We also collect technical logs such as IP address and device information for security and reliability.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the Services, route and deliver calls and messages, prevent abuse and fraud, provide support, meet legal and regulatory obligations (including telecom compliance), and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Message & call content
Message bodies and call recordings are processed solely to provide the Services you configure (for example, sending an SMS or recording a call you enabled). Recordings are stored only when you turn recording on, and are accessible to your workspace.
Sharing & sub-processors
We share data with infrastructure and carrier sub-processors strictly as needed to deliver calls and messages (for example, telephony carriers and cloud hosting). We require these providers to protect your data and use it only for the contracted purpose.
Data retention
We retain account and communications metadata for as long as your account is active or as required for legal, billing, and compliance purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
