These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoldenShooter platform, websites, and APIs (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it. You must be authorized to act on behalf of any organization you register.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive communications, including unsolicited bulk messaging that violates applicable law, telecom regulations, or carrier rules. You must honor opt-outs, maintain valid consent for messaging and calling, and comply with A2P 10DLC and similar registration requirements.
Compliance & consent
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining the consent required to contact your recipients, and for compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable laws. We provide consent-tracking and opt-out tools but do not provide legal advice.
Fees & billing
Paid plans and usage (messages, minutes, numbers) are billed as described on our Pricing page or your order. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may suspend Services for non-payment.
Service availability
We strive for high availability but the Services are provided "as is". Except where prohibited, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldenShooter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Services in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. Upon termination your right to use the Services ends.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
